Uleaborg, (or Oulu), Finland is a city and municipality in the province of Oulu and the region of Northern Ostrobothnia. It is the largest and most important city in Northern Finland and is the sixth biggest city in the country. It's population is approximately 128,000 people. While known mostly for wood tar and salmon, Uleaborg has become more recently recognized for IT and Wellness technology. Other industries in the city include wood refining, paper and steel. The Oulunsalo is the second busiest in Finland. There are many sites and places of interest, including museums, memorials, theaters, spas, recreational venues, skiing, different shows, and music center; and annual events, such as the Music Video Festival, Air Guitar World Championships, and the Winter Swimming World Championships.
